Notification Procedure for Charges

•    Parents will be notified by a phone call from the manager, the first time a student charges.
•    Notes or phone calls will notify parents of additional charges until the charge limit is reached.
•    A note will be sent home the day the charge limit is reached and the manager will call the parent.
•    The teacher and principal will be notified before lunch on the day the student can no longer charge.
•    The teacher will tell the student to get the sandwich and milk meal at lunch if the money is not received.
